So today I went to check on my car that I left there for service. Double check everything the salesman tells you about options on vehicles you are considering! I ordered an X5 at Casey BMW. Kellen, my salesman, seemed very knowledgeable about the available options. He assured me multiple times that the X5 I was ordering would include adaptive cruise control with the packages I was ordering it with. When it arrived, it did Not come with adaptive cruise control!! Not so much as an apology from Kellen. Very disappointed.

I was able to negotiate my car deal completely virtually which I appreciated, so my visit to the dealership was low threat and relatively stress free. Kellin is also responsive via call email and text message which I appreciated.
