I was waiting for the vehicle to be dropped off to test drive it and because the wait was longer than expected he took me to the other dealership to get the car and allowed me to test drive it on the way back so I didn’t have to wait for someone to bring the car to the dealership where I was waiting. He answered all my questions and was very pleasant to work with. 10 out of 10!

I’m extremely disappointed with the service department at this dealership, as their integrity is non-existent. I spoke with Chris (Service manager) March 3rd about the lack of communication I was receiving on updates pertaining to my vehicle service completion. He was apologetic and stated he wanted to change my mind on the customer service I received. Chris specifically promised he would find a rental for me or my vehicle would be completely fixed by the afternoon of March 4th. AJ continues to demonstrate a very positive and professional attitude. He displays competence and a thorough knowledge of the BMW vehicle. I like the fact that he ensures I understand the reason a part needs to be replaced or repaired. He presents me the opportunity to review the invoice and ask questions before finalizing the payment - one of the reasons he’s earned my trust. The deal on the car was finalized over the phone/email. I live 45 mins away and did not have a trade-in so the sales person said he would me pick me up and have everything ready. I’m extremely disappointed with the service department at this dealership, as their integrity seems highly questionable. A vehicle inspection in August showed no issues with my radiator. However, during a recent service, the dealership discovered that my radiator and its components were covered under warranty related to radiator blinds. Less than two weeks after their service, my radiator blew up, causing significant damage to various hoses in the process.
