I was able to negotiate my car deal completely virtually which I appreciated, so my visit to the dealership was low threat and relatively stress free. Kellin is also responsive via call email and text message which I appreciated.
He was attentive to my requests, although he couldn’t finish the transaction because of other obligations, he had another co worker in place that was very phenomenal( Jean Robeson ) that completed the transaction . I would purchase another vehicle from either of these guys.

I wish I could post a more positive review, but had an extremely frustrating experience here recently. Had a parking brake issue I asked to be diagnosed, was quoted $2000 to replace a part ($1600 for the part). I asked for the part number and within 30 seconds located a new OEM part online for $500. When I inquired why I was quoted $1600 for a $500 part, the service advisor treated me like an idiot that didn't know what an OEM part is.
