BMW Ultimate Care™ Basics

BMW Ultimate Care™ is a complimentary maintenance program that’s standard for all new BMW models. When you purchase your vehicle, you’ll automatically get the benefit of BMW Scheduled Maintenance for three years or 36,000 miles, whichever comes first. Services include:

• Full vehicle inspection
• Oil changes
• Replacement of the engine filter, microfilter, and spark plugs
• Brake fluid refill
• Key fob battery changes

The base package also includes four years of 24/7 roadside assistance for four years with unlimited miles. You’ll even get the benefit of BMW Teleservice, a cutting-edge software that monitors your vehicle’s health and sends a detailed report to our service center. This lets us automatically schedule your maintenance appointments for you!

Additional Package Options

Although the complimentary base package lasts for up to three years or 36,000 miles, you can extend it if you feel it’s the right program for you. We’ll help you upgrade to the Ultimate Care™ Scheduled package, which adds two years or 39,000 miles. In total, you’ll have coverage for up to five years or 75,000 miles.

However, if you’re interested in even more coverage, let the team at our BMW dealership in Newport News, VA know that you’re interested in BMW Ultimate Care+™. This package is available for purchase and includes components like brake pads, wiper blades, and the manual transmission clutch. You can extend this coverage for one, two, three, or four additional years or 89,000 miles, or take full advantage and choose the maximum of seven years or 125,000 miles.
